We visit Greece every summer. This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. We are a family of 4 - this house offered clean and comfortable accommodations with space for all of us. The mattresses are Coco Mat (top of the line). Each bedroom and the separate living room/kitchen area on the top floor have a flatscreen TV with Satellite channels and Netflix. The shower is completely separate from the bathroom with the toilet, both located on the same floor as the bedrooms and there is another bathroom on the top floor where the kitchen and living area are located. The water temperature and pressure in the shower are ideal and stable and you have access to both an overhead rain shower and the handheld shower. The A/C works amazingly well and cools the entire place quickly, which is a must during Greek summertime. There is an easy to use washing machine on the “basement” level and you will find a portable clothesline in the top level bathroom to hang your clothes out to dry on one of the two balconies. The property’s windows are all outfitted with true blackout coverings that you can raise and lower easily. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and a big refrigerator and freezer to store water and snacks even if you don’t cook. There is good Free wi-fi. There is an elevator to assist you with transporting your luggage (and you) between floors. The property is located on a street just off the main Leoforos Kifissias so those with rental cars can quickly get on the road to anywhere in Attica. We always found street parking available directly in front of the property. If you don’t have access to a rental car, this property is easy walking distance (on the same street) to the Kifissia train station.
